A large L-shaped double dormer loft conversion was created for this client in Hackney, complete with a wet-room ensuite, walk-in wardrobe and double bedroom. Working with our BCO, we were able to achieve increased light throughout the conversion by the addition of extra sky-lights post-planning. We were also briefed to create a wet-room ensuite capable of same-time-use by addition of extra shower tanking and double sink vanity space, with extra time taken for accurate measurements to ensure symmetry. 

To achieve a thoughtful and user-friendly space innovative electrics were implemented throughout the bedroom space with the addition of niches to replace space-consuming bedside tables  with built in new USB-C and wireless charging ports/surfaces and LED lighting.
